No cask obviously. Two taps dispensing Estrella and Aspall cider. Reasonable range of beer by bottle and can also. Also had Pimm's & lemonade on tap.
You can get here (absent your own boat) via a ferry the short distance from Mudeford Quay. The ferry docks near the venue. Central courtyard with bar, food order point and food collection point. Covered seating at the front with regular tables and chairs looking over the water. Picnic benches out the front on the water's edge. Stunning location and whilst the beer reward is meagre, well worth the trip from the other pub at the dockside at Mudeford Quay to sample this one. Alternatively, if water and boats aren’t your thing then you can park up at the Hengistbury Head visitor centre and do the stunning 30-40 min walk along the sea front, up to the viewing point, past the coastguard station, down the steps at the other end and along the beach to get there and then do the same back! However, you get there, it is 3/4 for beer choices and 10/10 for location.
