Beautiful building which was formerly the headquarters of the Worcester & Birmingham Canal Company. Multi-room layout and very nicely refurbished interior. Not a fan of Joules beers, so I left it to Real Ale Ray to sample one. 3 handpumps all on, serving Monk, Pale and Blonde, all £4.60 a pint. Visited Aug 2025.

Nice addition to the area. Much rather see a Joule's pub than a Bistro Pierre! Choice of 3 ales when I called - Pale, Blonde and Slumbering Monk. The Monk was excellent. Worth a visit.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Waterside Tap

New Joule's pub in the former Worcester & Birmingham Canal Company offices, and more recently the Bistro Pierre restaurant. Multi-room, townhouse-style layout on two floors, refurbished in the expected semi-traditional style. Disappointingly, just Slumbering Monk and Pale (£4.60) available from the three handpumps, with Citra Blonde temporarily off.
