No cask. "Their" taps are the Fabal Dry Hopped Pilsner, the Fabal Fest Malty Lager and then the Hiver Honey cider and the Hiver Bitter Session IPA. "Guest" taps today comprised the L&G Cruise Wear NZ Pale Ale, the Mad Squirrel Foggy Hazy New England Pale, the strong Regenerator bitter from Utopian and a fruit sour from H&H. Good range of craft in cans and bottles also. They didn't have their signature lager on tap on my visit, but it was available in bottles.
This is a relatively new venue on the Bermondsey Beer Mile and is of typical arch layout with an industrial flooring and the bar counter mid venue on the left-hand wall. Seating mainly via tall tables beyond a fabric banquette on the right-hand wall opposite the bar counter. Otherwise, some benches with the oft witnessed trestle tables in these parts out the front. Venue was quiet on my opening time visit on a v sunny Friday evening, keen to tick this one off on a rare Friday evening in this neck of the woods. The lighting was quite fancy for this type of place and the music was soulful.
