Waterfront is in a nice spot adjacent to the Thames under the Excel Centre, and the flight path to London City Airport with the planes passing over seating under a couple of jumbrellas across the front of the building. The entrance is faced by the counter located midway along the rear wall where premium keg is available alongside Leffe, a couple from Camden Brewery and Stella. A mix of seating runs across the front windows, I noted long, high and standard tables with chairs and some sofas under the black painted exposed HVAC across the ceiling. There’s an open kitchen in the left rear corner where the chef could be heard bellowing orders across the entire venue. My recent midweek visit coincided with lunch, so I went for the all-day breakfast that was very nice except for the poor-quality sausages, I think £14.50 was a fair price for the area. The service was polite, but the generic background music did little to add any kind of atmosphere. This isn’t somewhere I’d actively seek out again, but it served a purpose at the time.

No cask. Keg beer range was Stella, Camden Hells, Mahou, Gipsy Hill Trail pale ale, Camden Stout, Camden Eazy IPA, Leffe, Orchard Pig Reveller cider plus a range of bottled beers.
Large modern bar and restaurant on the waterside of the Excel centre on the west end. Some covered seats out the front. Inside the bar counter is directly opposite the entrance and the has some tall tables and stools on a boarded floor in front thereof turning into long bench style seating under some bright white globe lighting. The area to the right of the bar is comprised of tables laid for diners with some long leather banquettes serving one side of the tables in the front windows with the tall tables and high stools returning for those that prefer an elevated seating position whilst dining. The area to the left of the bar also appears to be more for diners with several booth type tables available in this area. The venue was quite quiet on my visit absent anything big in the Excel centre. Not a bad venue just lacks ambiance, couldn’t really expect to see cask beer in this type of establishment!
