The entrance of Loading opens to a large bookshelf that is stacked with board games, which range from simple things like Monopoly, to complicated Dungeons and Dragons type games, there are lots of them, in fact this is a board gamers paradise which was reflected in the clientele demographic. All the tables were taken except a small one at the entrance where I sat with an offering from Camden Brewery. Two of their lagers were available alongside Appleshed Cider, these three were the only draught options. A woman at the front was directing things and it was table service only, she seems a little put out that I didn’t tip… I don’t tip just for being given a drink, they are expensive enough as it is and this isn’t Merica. I’m not really a gamer of any description and the drinks selection was poor, so I’ll not be returning.
