This micropub was a former gift shop and what a gift it was to start in, on our mini crawl around Tod. The interior has two rooms, a large front room with bar area along the left hand side wall, plus a smaller back room. There was a timber floor throughout and black pendant lampshades,which looked the part, along with orange upholstered seats and some hand made tables.
Four handpumps serving 2 regs Northern Whisper Oppenchops and Seven Bro7hers Session. The 2 guest beers were Brew York Black Sabbath Stout and Kernel London Porter. There was also 12 keg taps along the back bar. Schneider Helles and Weiss served from a large font on the front bar and a selection of bottles and cans in the fridge.
A Camra discount is given, plus a loyalty card for their cask, tick 9 pints and the 10th one is free.
