Recently opened cinema and theatre complex,there is a canteen style bar on the ground floor open to the public and offering alcoholic drinks,but only a variety of canned beers ,no draught.
On the first floor there is a more discrete lounge but only open when theatre performances are happening.
Folk do just pop in for a glass of wine or beer,there are some high tables and a drinking shelf but most of the space is taken up by pine furniture and with large plate glass windows you are on full display from the street.
All very new ,once mellowed I will check further on beer options.
