Cask was just Doom Bar. Keg was Madri, Sharps Atlantic Pale Ale, Peroni, Guinness, Aspall, Pravha and Coors.

Attractive venue in Well Hall Pleasaunce with nice beer garden out the front none too popular due to the weather on my visit. Inside, in keeping with the name, this is an old long rectangular venue where beams are the order of the day, made less gloomy by a large amount of warm white fairy lights. Bar counter along wall opposite the door, with an ornate metalwork front, and stretching for most of the middle section of the venue. There is a smaller section through a light curtain to the left of the door, with regular tables and chairs not used on my visit. There are four tall round tables with tall, backed leather stools around each window opposite the wall so you can sit and look at the front garden. The right-hand end of the barn is set for diners and there were a few tables occupied on my late lunchtime visit on the way to an appointment. A large fire grate dominated the right most end of the barn. This venue is close Mon-Tue and is popular for weddings and functions so always good to check if they are open to the public on other days especially in the summer. They have a regular quiz on Monday evenings. It wouldn’t be a regular haunt of mine when in Eltham, but I am glad to have finally visited to have a look around.
