No cask. Keg offering of Guinness, Market Place cider, Meantime Anytime IPA, Asahi.

First visit to this branch of the chain where I think I have now ticked off their other London venues pending the Baker St venue opening sometime soon! Initially thought I had been here previously a few summers back, but I had ticked the Garden Vauxhall opposite, which does have some inside and outside space. This one is a long railway arch with the bar counter midway on one side of the arch. There are food outlets on either side, either side of the bar counter and the seating area on the opposite wall. Plenty of seating options throughout the arch, generally of the tall tables with tall unbacked stool variety. The opposite ends of the tunnel have glass entrances with strong coloured lighting so you can’t fail to miss the place.

One of those street food places that turn up everywhere. This one is in a railway arch next to Vauxhall station, so unsurprisingly is a long narrow tunnel sort of affair, dark painted with splashes of neon and the usual overhead ducting. Food stalls line the ends, with a tabled area in the middle adjoining the bar. This offers Meantime IPA, Asahi Dry, Cornish Orchards cider and Guinness, at only slightly inflated prices. It does at least have a bit of a buzz to it and suffices if you are waiting for a train or fancy some eclectic world food but is not really one for serious drinking at.
