Happily BP below was completely wrong about the cask ale. Still has 3 handpumps badged and on, they were still Wainwright Gold & Amber and Hobgoblin though. It was very sunny, so we sat outside where my 2 pints of the Gold went down very well, Ms CAMRA stuck to the cider. Inside has lots of screens, mainly showing racing. Friendly barmaid inside and all the punters outside were having a laugh and joke. Very friendly all round. We'll call in here again and if we're lucky enough to get sun again, we may well stay for two again.

standard shop conversion Irish bar on the high street with some outdoor seating at the front. Amazingly it had real ale, a dull selection of Wainwrights and Hobgoblin though so it will probably be removed soon as “it doesn’t sell”. Friendly enough.
