Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Farmer’s Dog
Perhaps currently the best-known pub in the whole of the UK, it's probably not quite what you would expect after all the hype / derision (certainly in the middle of the week). Yes it's very busy, but the bar, restaurant and shop were all operating efficiently with no issues for customers as far as I could see. The dining rooms inside were nearly full, but there was plenty of space on the decking terrace to soak up the spring sunshine, and even more on the wooden benches out in the huge beer garden. Lots of different Hawkstone branded keg beers and ciders - including my 4.8% IPA (£6.85) - plus Uley Gold on a rather hidden handpump.
