Thought this was just going to be a wine bar in the pleasant area that is Battersea Square so not to record on PG. However, they had Estrella Galicia and two from local brewery Belleville (the Steam Lager and the Session IPA) on tap so definitely worth recording.
It is indeed a small place, a rectangular bar with some outside seating that was popular on the square. Inside, a vision of pine furniture with the bar down the right hand wall and some small tables and chairs along the left hand wall.
Not going to be everyone’s cup of tea, but I really enjoyed my time here. A banging soundtrack (Stereophonics playing in typing this brief review that came after some Velvet Underground).
