I stumbled across the Dough Guys late knockings on a recent Tuesday evening when I popped in for an advertised craft beer. Seeing a fridge full of cans I initially thought there was no draught, but then I spied four fonts up on the wall. I went for a pint of Shindigger Session which was decent. There is a pizza oven, and after learning that the friendly Scouser in charge could knock up a peperoni in a few minutes I decided to stay for some food, which was very good. I enjoyed the 80s music, but this place is very basic. I wish the guy luck and I hope that his roaring day trade continues, but now I’ve visited I’d probably walk past next time.
