As described below, this over-blown chain bar fails to inspire. The arch of fairy lights through which you enter makes it feel like a nursery school at Christmas, but thereafter it’s clear that it’s not so much a pub as a system for removing cash from your bank account. No real ale or cider, just three taps of lager at very high prices, and a range of cliched cocktails. The barmaid was quite friendly, but apart from that it lacked any kind of pub atmosphere. Food is their own modern cafe style standards, including lobster on cheese and mac and things with foreign names. I might be tempted to bring a teenage relative here for a birthday lunch, but it’s not a place for a crawl or an evening’s libation.

Relatively new branch of this more up market bar chain by Victoria station. Large room, lots of read fabric chairs and banquettes with bar against back wall as you walk in. Lots of fancy LED lighting in arch like displays presumably as some homage to the nearby railway station. Plenary of tall stool sitting at the bar also.

Bland keg offering with Moretti, Pravha, Asahi, Guinness and Brixton Reliance Pale Ale. Fancy bar and bar menu with countless cocktail offerings.

Can't imagine i will make a return with at least some better quaffing options whilst in the Victoria station neighbourhood.
