Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Brickfield
New micro-pub (opened December 2023) close by Chestfield & Swalecliffe station, and seemingly already having a fair number of regulars. House in a converted Chinese takeaway, the seating in the simple interior is supplemented - for the better weather - by a few wooden benches out front plus a surprisingbeer garden at the back. Two handpumps on the counter, but my Ebony Moon from Tonbridge (£4.20) was served by gravity from an area further back. Other cask beers from Wantsum, Westerham and Might Oak also being served.
