Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Fonthill Bar & Taproom

Situated to the side of The George (under the same ownership), this former stable block has been divided into the brewery on the left-hand side and taproom called The Gin Box (a separate business run in partnership) to the right. The latter in turn comprises two small rooms; the simple bar that you enter and a compact lounge decorated with display shelves featuring a wide variety of gins. Two cask ales served by gravity: the regular Good Morning Captain (£3.80) and another beer depending on the production schedule (Creedence APA, £1.95 for a half, on this visit). Also has three of their craft beers plus a guest on the four keg taps. Other brews can usually be found in the adjacent pub, plus the Sussex and the Ragged Trousers in The Pantilles area and also the Forum music venue.
