Visited 14/07/26. Visited previously 15/03/22.
No cask. Keg offering of Camden Pale and Camden Hells, Guinness and their own branded Amazing Grace lager. Several options by bottle and can also.
Double height venue in old premises near London Bridge station. There is a small courtyard at the side of the front. Inside it is block flooring at the entrance but generally a patterned tile flooring. A flight of stairs just inside the entrance takes you up to a mezzanine area with regular tables and chairs and a couple of TV screens but with a good view of the stage below at the far end from the entrance. On ground floor the bar counter is a green tiled affair with a dark blue leather corner banquette serving a couple of tall tables just inside the entrance. A similar banquette down the right-hand wall serving similar tables. There are some regular tables and chairs in the middle of the floor space and some tall tables and tall stools on the left-hand wall beyond the bar counter. There is a large stage at the far end as noted above with a DJ booth on its right-hand side akin to the DJ booth just inside the entrance by the side of the corner banquette. A large projector screen was pulled down in front of the stage to show the France v Spain WC SF so no live music this evening, sound ahead of the KO provided by a jazzy soundtrack. The whole of the rear wall behind the stage is a video wall showing what would be like a “venue screensaver" on my visit.
