Down a few steps into one of the lower regions of the Rows, it’s a bar dedicated to gin, 200+ of them and there’s a gin bible - all 38 pages of it. Exposed stone and brick walls leaves little scope for décor. Just four ordinary beers on solo founts for us non gin drinkers, Moretti was the best going and not in the best of health but it’s a gin bar. Comfy seating at sofas and chairs down each side, there’s an area at the far end separated by a glass wall. Didn’t care for the piped music, beer or gin but Mrs Boots enjoyed it.

Smallish gin type bar with outdoor seating on Watergate Street. There are no cask pumps but a there are a couple of the usual suspect kegs on the bar.
