Upstairs above the Greedy Pig pork sandwich shop it’s an L shaped craft beer and pizza bar. The first floor has discrete tables and chairs, stools and sofas, the counter is all the way round the L down a short step and is modern carved wood. There are four beers on tap from the shiney, boxey, cooler type machines plus a fridge of fairly ordinary beers to the rear but some much more interesting bottles and cans in a couple of fridges to the right. The table numbers look odd and out of sequence at first but they are numbers such as 28b, 34dd , 36a, I’ll let you work it out the connection. Craft brewery and Frank Meadow Sutcliffe decor. There’s a room on the second floor but a VIP rope across the stairs precluded further investigation. It’s dog friendly in spite of serving food and is offering something different to other places.
