Strongers . left this review about Leek Cafe
Leek Café is a bar and grill at the end of a cobbled and covered yard directly off Leek’s main shopping street. The interior is open plan with a bar area to the right that is separated from the open plan dining area with set tables to the left by a very long high table with stools. A stool lined tiled marble topped serving counter runs along the right-hand wall, at the front is a display cabinet for cakes and at the rear are some armchairs. Some 1970s folky music was playing in the background for the benefit of myself and one other customer midafternoon on a recent Tuesday. The draught range is uninspiring with Stella, Amstel, Camden Pale, EFES and a cider being available. This is certainly more than a restaurant with a bar and the service was friendly, but this isn’t the sort of place I return to just for a drink.
