A new build Hall & Woodhouse eatery serving the housing developments on the former army base. It is straight out of their corporate design book and could be anywhere, although strangely it seems to be facing the wrong way so the frontage is viewed from the woods and the car park is at the rear, with a trek round to get in. All quite nice though, in the predictable modern rustic style, with a good mix of high, low and easy furnishings round the bar area and a large dining area to the end. Also plenty of outdoor space, including a large patio and verandah. Ales on were Fursty Ferret, Tanglefoot and Badger Best. Quite acceptable on the whole, especially if eating.
