Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Barn
The 'tap' for the Kentish Pip Cider at Woolton Farm is a very impressive heritage building that retains a great deal of character. The bar, shop and seating / dining areas are fitted around the columns supporting the roof trusses, and open to the towering roof so you can see all the wooden rafters and the underside of the thatch. A couple of craft keg beers are available on tap, but it seems not to try some cider. After some dither, I went for the 6.2% Grafter (£2.95, half) labelled as one of the still ones from a pair of handpumps but actually served by gravity from the cool store at one end of the counter. Also sells a range of wine from the farm's vineyard.
