Located in the old 360° Brewing industrial unit where they haven’t bothered to rebrand the A-board directing passers-by to the door, Everyday Brew Co is a bar, café and pizza restaurant found on Bluebell Industrial Estate in the Sussex countryside. The high-ceilinged interior is open plan with a tiled wooden topped serving counter across the rear where taps across the centrally tiled back bar were pouring eight keg options from Loud Shirt, Burning Sky, Mash Gang and 360°. The two Everyday options were their cider and Bluebell Best Bitter which was the lone cask option. On the left-hand side of the counter is a hot cabinet with sausage rolls etc. and in the left rear corner is a proper pizza over. The right-hand side of the counter is used as a coffee station, but I went for 360°’s Brighton Session IPA (£5.95) that was served by a very friendly guy who offered for me to have a taster of whatever I wanted, without asking. The counter faces rows of bench tables, many of which were reserved for later in the day, but there was only one other customer during my recent Friday mid-afternoon visit. The décor is basic, some walls have been skimmed but not painted, but there is a drum kit atop the two toilet cubicles in the front right corner and there’s a green painted motorbike in the front window, although I’m not sure if this was decoration or was just being safely stored during a staff member’s shift. Up the right-hand wall is a fridge and some shelves that are lined with bottles and cans for sale. I’d certainly use this place if it was nearer my house, but having to cadge lift from the misses for an hour round trip into the deep Sussex countryside isn’t very practical so I think it will be a while before I visit again.

Bright modern taproom, housed in the former 360° Brewing premises but not currently operating as a brewery. Square open room under a high ceiling, with the bar, café counter and pizza oven at the back, and benefiting from south-facing windows beside the entrance. Also has some wooden benches by the side for the better weather. Several 360° beers (contract brewed at Hepworths for the time being) still sold, including the Bluebell Best Bitter (£4.60) served from the cask by gravity in the back room, and others from the keg taps on the bar-back. Their own Brighton Helles and Everyday Cider are also available, and these are currently made off-site too.

David Walton left this review about 360° Brewing Taproom

Large warehouse with brewing operation at the back of the warehouse and shelving storing materials along the front left-hand side as you walk in. There are trestle tables and benches in the front part and along the left-hand side of the back part with the servery in front of you as you walk through the open shuttered entrance. A couple of beer fridges to the immediate right side of the bar. There is an outside pizza kitchen immediately in front of the warehouse and more seating via picnic benches out the front and side of the venue. Posters on the walls advertising their quaffs pictorially.

On hand pump they were offering Bluebell Best Bitter, Tacoma, an APA, and a session IPA. There was a large keg offering, in particular Sussex Haze, an IPA, Parachute Club, a strong IPA, Fish Hook, a NEIPA, Dream Life, a wheat beer, Raspberry, a sour, London Fog, a hazy beer, Elderflower, another sour and Session, an IPA. Flights were popular with four beers to try for £8

Lots of occasional weekend type drinkers wanting help with understanding the beer descriptions on the menu board above the bar which made for slower service from the super friendly bar staff. Lots of the tables inside had reservations for the evening session. Quite popular with families with kids, the latter generally running around the space which made for a more hectic visit than ideal.
