A former good beer guide entry that hasnt made it to the 2022 cut.

Monday lunch time not the best to be visiting. Open Plan, with a couple of settees under a TV showing Sky Sports News. Jukebox on. Landladies young daughter the only other sign of life on the customer side of the bar.

Surprising good pint of Otter Head.

Since my last review the landlord has added Otter bitter to the real ale list and the garden has benifited by a make over with fantastic furniture

This is a real pub with a cosy atmosphere they had 2 real ales Otter and a guest ale from wick war brewery along side the usual keg beers they had 3 ciders the welcome was warm and i enjoyed a very good meal from their interesting menu
