Strongers . left this review about The Three Legs @ Heist
Heist is a small food market with seven or eight food and drink businesses, one of which is a Three Legs Brewing outlet. I visited here a couple of years ago, but for some reason I didn’t review it, little has changed. The concrete floored right-hand side has some picnic style tables at the front and The Boatyard seafood and oyster restaurant at the rear, which is by for the largest of the vendors. There’s also a café stand to the right and Heist Wine which is basically a till in front of some wine shelves. The Three Legs bar is in the well-trodden laminate floored left-hand side which it shares with burger, pizza, burrito and noodle vendors. There’s also more seating in the left rear, but I decided to sit on the picnic seating with a pint of £6.30, 4% Centenary Stout which was ok, but I don’t think I’d order it again. I think this place is great for a bit of lunchtime street food with a pint and a bit of reggae music, but it’s not a venue I would make a beeline to for an extended drinking session.

One of a number of food and drink outlets in the Heist market hall-type concept, although this one is a rather cluttered arrangement formed from two adjoining units. However, it's obviously popular with the younger crowd and there was a surprisingly vibrant mid-afternoon atmosphere when I visited on a Friday. Eight craft keg taps on the bar-back featuring six of Three Legs Brewery's own products and a couple of guests in a range of styles, but I went for the solitary cask beer, their Yellow Best (£4.35).
