It was table service only when I visited Bloom Street Social not long after 21:00 on a recent Saturday evening. The interior is open plan with some high tables and there and some wine bottle shelves with a ladder, like you’d get in an old library, to the left of the bar that runs across the rear wall to the right. The craft keg fonts are on the back bar, with writing on them that is far to small to read. I found the service to be far from welcoming and I was glad to slosh back my half of overpriced lager before leaving, never to return.

Opened by the same people who have the Hanging Ditch on Victoria Street. Whilst a large part of the left hand side is taken up with a wine merchant display, there's a small kitchen to the right and a bar with several keg options in the middle. So at least they have draught beer unlike Hanging Ditch. There aren't many tables and most of these were taken up with people drinking coffee and using laptops. As usual somewhere with "Social" in the name is filled with the least sociable people you could meet. Decided not to bother with a drink here and carried on with my crawl.
