Bundobust Brewery Taproom is currently one of two of this chain’s vegetarian Indian street food restaurants and beer halls in Manchester. Steps from the entrance lead to rows of long tables that were mostly full during a recent Monday afternoon visit, mainly with larger groups of people which this place is ideal for. The serving counter runs along the rear wall where lots of craft keg is available alongside two hand pumps that were drawing Sqwark’s Mallard and Thornbridge’s Galaxy & Simcoe. It’s a strange place with amazing smelling curry, decent beer, the Mallard was good, and then brewery equipment like you’d find on an outlying industrial estate. Odd, but it certainly seems popular so good luck to them.

Second outlet for this mini-chain serving craft beer and vegetarian Indian street food. The main hall has high canteen-style tables, the bar at the far end and shiny brewing vessels along the right-hand wall; all under an atrium. A further dining area and a few more stainless steel tanks can be found up a couple of steps to the left. Features a diverse range of their own beers, collaborations and guests from a total of 16 taps, plus a handpump on each side of the two hooped founts. After some thought, I went for one of the cask options, Track's Sonoma (£4.20).

Real Ale Ray left this review about Bundobust Brewery Taproom

Quite an interesting location surrounded by much larger buildings. This ground floor taproom had a large glass atrium roof, lots of exposed pipes and ducting and hanging industrial lamps. The service was excellent on our visit and there was a good range of 16 keg beers. The majority of which were brewed on the premises by Bundobust, plus two cask ales. We went for the Track Brewery Sonoma and at £4.20 a pint in the middle of Manchester, I thought it was reasonable.
