Yes, I concur that this place is a Box, with loud music and muted televisions that were showing multiple sports channels during my recent midweek early evening visit. The interior is split-level with a stage and band instruments on the wall to left and a raised area with shuffleboard in the right rear. The central U-shaped serving counter faces some high tables and the entrance. Premium keg was available, half a Madri set me back £3.35. If I’m making the effort to go into town I’d try and find somewhere a little more interesting than a sports bar, unless of course I’m going to watch sport.

A new sports bar, which is indeed a box. Loads of TVs all over the place and there's two shuffleboards up a few steps. It's all new and shiny, but there's nothing for me here. I had a pint of fizz and left.
