Never felt motivated to try this out-and-out sports bar previously, but I thought I'd give it a go today. Yes, it's mostly TV screens, pool tables and dartboards, but there was a surprise coming... Before that, I noted the benches outside and the expected modern furniture inside. After looking dubiously at the standard keg taps, I was mildly astonished to see a handpump pouring Romney Marsh's Golden Ale (£5.00), and more so when this proved to be in decent shape.
