After confirming in advance that I could visit, the barmaid instantly knew that I was the person who had contacted them.
The club had opened at 11am on the day (Sunday) of my visit and it was already busy shortly after midday.
There are a couple of large rooms and an outdoor lawn area at the front.
Just the one real ale was on. This was Pennine Natural Gold. The barmaid offered to show me another ale she had waiting to pull through. But, I was only staying for the one in any case.
Fairly typical working men's club that is the only place for real ale in the village.
