I thought their original venue was small and cluttered. This is slightly bigger, but still trying to navigate your way back to a seat, if you're lucky to find one, is a pain. However the beer and music is my main attraction. Three ales on handpump Ghost Town Mild, Bramble On and Star. Quirky sort of place, but well worth a visit.

Entry is via a small doorway conspicuous only by it's bright yellow colour, then up a galvanised staircase. Walking in I encountered a room lit mostly by natural light through the roof, the smell of incense was heavy, the music was early 70s disco funk, I was half expecting to bump into Huggy Bear. An eclectic mix of seating furniture both in the centre of the room and in side alcoves including far too comfortable leather sofas and Kettle Drum tables. Music paraphanelia adorns the walls along with copies of old Melody Makers and other music magazines randomly spread about the place. There is also a small stage used for regular live music. The bar at the far end of the room had three handpumps offering three of the Brewerys own beers, in this case Natural Mystic, Voodoo Mild and Rise, I had two of the three and thoroughly enjoyed my visit, by the time I left the insense had run out and the music had changed genera to Reggae. Super Quirky, a great place.

Brewery tap directly above the production area, with a staircase that may restrict access to some? However, once there, you find a covered seating area with just enough space for a small stage for the regular live music, seemingly built on top of the original building. Three beers available on handpump, including the Voodoo Mild (£4.00), a green hop NEIPA and a 'real lager.
