The Hare and Hounds closed in May last year after pub company Enterprise Inns decided to dispose of the freehold.
Mystery surrounds the future of The Hare and Hounds pub after it was sold prior to auction last week.
The new owner has not disclosed whether the pub will reopen and is keeping plans for the future of the premises strictly under wraps.
