The interior timberwork and layout resembles a funky bar out in Spain or Turkey etc. The locals who frequent this place are characters and luv to party. We called in on a Thursday lunchtime and a group of woman were ordering shots. I piped up and said it must be someone's birthday, when one replied it was mine last Saturday.
Musical instruments and bras hang from the ceiling and if you can get your bra to stay on a ceiling hook, you can win a free drink. Plenty of keg and spirits, plus one Bowland Brewery Hen Harrier on handpump.

Now this is a strange one. We were walking through Rawtenstall and the heavens opened, so we popped into here. We were always intending to visit, but the heavy shower meant that it was packed. Musical unstruments and bras up on the walls and ceiling, very weird. Only one handpump pulling Bowland Hen Harrier which was in good nick. You pretty much have to talk to the other punters as we were all crowded together and a friendly bunch they were too. We'd probably pop in again next time we're in town.
