The Beach Bar (formerly The Boardwalk) is made up by a bar that is sandwiched between an ice cream counter and fish and chip counter. There are three draught products available, Becks, Corona and Magners cider. Across Lower Parade promenade on the beach is a decked area full of seating that is very busy on hot summer days. Fifty metres along the promenade is the Beach Café which was previously the Boardwalk Café, these buildings seem to be owned by the same company and are interchangeable year on year.
