More Dylan the Rabbit than Dylan Thomas or Bob Dylan, this shabby café bar has little to offer by way of hospitality, atmosphere or charm. There is no real ale and nothing else that would be a pleasure for anyone with taste buds to drink. Dylan – whoever he is – is welcome to it.
