peter ashworth left this review about Hideout
The Hideout is situated in arch 3 on Queen Street and i would describe it as a modern cafe bar rather than a real ale bar.On entry the quite attractive bar is to the right with to the left varnished pine tables and chairs along the wall with in the centre 3 heavy tables and chairs to match. The bar is quite well stocked although mostly consisting of wines and gins. The only beers on tap were 2 imports one from Spain and the other from Italy, although there was 7 craft ale bottles plus 4 bottles of cider and other beer. The bar was OK but would not class it in the same league as the one next door.
