Ventured in while in Bradford yesterday afternoon. From what I can gather this is open as a bar during the day and then turns into a nightclub later on. With this in mind you perhaps wouldn't be expecting real ale, and indeed that was the case. The keg taps seemed to be dominated by Joseph Holt beers, plus I noticed Guinness.
I went for the Bootleg IPA at £1.60 for a half, and was drinkable. Service was friendly. The place was quiet at the time of my visit with just an older chap in who made conversation with me.
Toilets are upstairs and the upstairs area appears to be unfinished, with plenty of bare chipboard on show. The toilets (gents at least) had a sink but no soap or hand drier. There is currently no external signage.
It appears to still be work in progress so won't rate too harshly, but I don't think it's my kind of place really and the lack of real ale would probably mean I don't have much reason to return.

The Rabbit Hole is to open in March this year. The owner used to own the now closed Bentley's Sports Bar nearby.
