I called in here while on a crawl of Macclesfield. There were four hand pumps on the bar, with three cask beers on. I had a half of Storm Bosley Cloud, but didn't make a note of what else was on. My notes made at the time note that there was a mixture of seating and tables, typical of shop conversions like this, with ornaments on the walls, including guitars, hinting at a musical theme, and indeed the background music was pretty good. The people running this place in 2021 have now moved across the road to the Earl of Mercia.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Wet Led Bar
Does what it says on the sign, with a ground-floor bar little bigger than micro-pub size, although there is also additional seating available on two higher storeys. With three of five handpumps in use, I found Oakham Citra and a pair from Storm Brewing - Desert Storm (£3.50) and Bosley Cloud.

Newly opened bar on the rather steep Church Street heading up to the main square. It's one, small, L shaped room. There are guitars hanging on the wall and also DJ decks, so I'm guessing music plays a big part of its appeal. On Sunday afternoon at about 4:30 it was quite peaceful with about 6 other punters and a friendly sheepdog pup. 5 handpumps on the bar with 4 beers available. My pint of Storm Bosley Cloud was in good nick. It's a pleasant and friendly place to call in. We'll be calling in again next time.
