An interesting venue for a beer in this tiny ground floor bar. Unfortunately on our visit no cask beer, as the owner said it was too warm at this time of year to keep the beer cool on stillage. However they did have two craft beers from Flying Gang Brewery which was Spanish Gold Citrus Pale Ale and My Mistress is the Sea. There was also two beers from Camden Brewery, Stella and Brew Dog Planet Pale.
If you take the narrow stone stairs on your left, this will take you up to a first floor lounge and further up again to a balcony around the perimeter of the second floor. Mrs A loved this place!
