No cask. Two sets of four hand pumps on each side of the bar counter purely decorative. Keg range was Heineken, Guinness, Inch's cider, Peroni, Berries & Cherries Old Mount Cider, Carlsberg, Fosters, San Miguel, Thatchers Gold, Neck Oil, Moretti, Cruz.
This is a large Marston's pub by the City of Cardiff stadium. Essentially a large carvery type venue, with lots of stuff towards the rear of the pub to encourage parents to bring their kids to play whilst they quaff!! Materially a very large L shape venue with the bar counter following the shape of the venue at the front of the pub. Carpeted throughout apart from a couple of bare boarded spurs to the main shape of the venue. The carvery counter is on the right-hand wall beyond the back of the bar counter but not in operation on my visit. Indeed, large rear part of the pub was roped off apart from access to the toilets. Seating throughout a mixture of regular tables and chairs and fabric banquettes along some of the walls. The front part to the right of the entrance had a darts and pool area over to the far-right hand side. To the left of the entrance was an area where people were watching the aftermath of the rugby before settling into some Saturday evening prime time telly. There is a sizeable car park suggesting quite a few drive here.
