The Bolton Ukrainian Club looked a little on the rough side from outside. However, once inside it feels like quite a grand building with multiple rooms and high ceilings. I didn't identify any Ukrainians amongst the staff or customers. They all seemed like locals to me. Perhaps they are of Ukrainian descent.

Either way, the real ale selection here is quite adventurous. On handpull were Thirst Class An Abundance of Daves, Brewsmith If My Grandmother Had Wheels & Black Edge Brewers Gold. I chose An Abundance of Daves which was a very drinkable Black IPA.

Non-members are still welcome.
