Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Olde Wyrley Hall
Much bigger than it looks from the original frontage, with an extensive (if dull) single-storey extension at the back. Inside, there are two main bars and another counter from the central servery in the Wyrley Suite (not in use when I visited) plus a separate restaurant. Refurbished in a light, semi-modern style throughout. Disappointingly, neither of the handpumps (one with a Holden's Golden Glow clip) was working, so went for the keg Banks's Mild (£3.00) instead.

A Georgian building at core, extended more than once, this one-time members club is now a pub (recently taken over). There is a central square-ish serving bar, the feeds a function room (with stage) and two modern decore bar rooms (the old 80s style one of beams, brass and plates now gone). There is a separate dining area - but I havent eaten here since it was taken over. Service is always fine in my experience and it is usually a more mature clientele. There are a few better keg drinks and there seems to be Holden's Golden Glow on as a permanent real ale (always decent). Worth a visit for one.
