Does Stockton do trendy? If so, this is it. The first challenge is finding it, down a small snicket off Silver Street but perhaps easier through an archway by the Wasp's Nest on Calvert's Lane. Inside is a modern bar/kitchen with a slightly industrial feel. The tile-fronted bar has 10 assorted keg taps, including a couple of interesting ones, and a row of 4 handpumps although only one was in action, offering a pleasant Wensleydale Electric Warrior. OK to include on a crawl or if eating.

Single room trendy bar, tiled counter four pulls of smallish breweries plus Vedett and Chouffe on draught and 10 more interesting kegs. Bottles in cages and mix of scaffolding based furniture. Disturbing artwork in gents, Pretentious but fun. The front door is opposite the back door of the Wasp's Nest.
