This is now a " Hi Fi Music Bar & Restaurant" celebrating the African - Caribbean diaspora with a large selection of cocktails, some beers such as Red Stripe but not a wide variety of craft keg.Ethnic cuisine as you might expect.

Nice modern industrial bar.Loads of keg and no cask.Tried a couple of Hales beers and they were good.Friendly bar staff on a quite night soon after they opened.Visited probably in June and the shipping containers were out front where the seating is now.

Five Miles is another fairly new craft bar and night club in the Seven Sisters area of Tottenham. It’s a bit hidden away on an industrial estate down Markfield road and is on the right-hand side when coming from the direction of Broad lane, which is recommended as I came from the other direction and had trouble finding it. There’s not a great deal of branding or signage for the bar and you spot the outside drinking area first with its bench tables and seating made from beer casks. Then the bar is beyond a set of unassuming plain doors into what is an industrial unit.
Inside you definitely get the feel you are drinking in an industrial unit and despite what they have done with the bar room, you cannot get away from that fact. On the left-hand side there is an impressive 18 tap wall serving area and the rest of the space has bench seating under a Brewdog bar style ceiling with its exposed air conditioning.
This location is also meant to be the home of the Hale Brewing Micro Brewery, but this is allegedly out of a shipping container somewhere, evidence of which I couldn’t see on my visit. However, five Hale Brewing beers were on the taps along with other offerings from London Craft brewers. I went for the Hale Brewing Hale Pale which was a decent Citra beer.
There was only a couple of others in for my Saturday lunchtime visit and as such there really wasn’t much atmosphere, but I got the impression this was probably more of an evening venue , especially in summer when the outside space can be utilised.
Not really my cup of tea but then I am fully aware I am not the target demographic for these new craft bars and it has brought decent beer (be it modern craft only) to an otherwise desert like part of Tottenham.
