An unusual pub, this: a cat-themed bar, beer shop and bistro. It's a larger than expected conversion from other uses, and one enters into the bar and beer shop, with a locked door to the main seating area to the right. (It's locked to ensure that no dogs get in by mistake.) There's no real ale, so after purchasing a half of a beer called Tractor Shed Clocker Stout (rather cold) I was allowed into the main room. The cats were all in cunningly contrived cat homes on walls, shelves and radiators. I think there may have been six or seven, but I may have missed some as they were all very relaxed. There's a yellow and black colour scheme, which is also a little unusual. Upstairs next to the toilets there is a drum kit set up, as this is a live music venue. I wonder what the cats think of that.
