The Newmarket Tavern is a flat roof boozer with seating under the front windows faced by an L-shaped bar counter to the right. Standard and premium keg is available and the Sharp’s Doom Bar on the lone handpump was off during a recent Tuesday evening visit. Televisions are located throughout for airing live sports and there is a dartboard. Out the back is a decked seating area. The staff were polite, but I’ll not be rushing back.
