Strongers . left this review about Lord High Admiral
The Lord High Admiral has an L-shaped front bar with banquettes under the front windows and tables along the exposed stone right wall that is faced by the bar counter up the left. Some steps at the rear lead down to a couple of tables and then some more steps lead back up to seating and a fireplace along the rear wall. The bar supports premium keg and the four hand pumps were drawing New Bristol Brewery’s 365, Utopian Brewing’s IPA and Session IPA and Firebrand Brewing’s Beast of Bodmin. During my recent midweek evening visit the front seating area was taken up by twelve or so guitar, banjo and fiddle wielding folkers who were having a little problem stringing a song together. The service was friendly so I’d pop back in if passing.
