Strongers . left this review about The Pleasure Beach
Located in the centre of what is essentially a fairground the Pleasure Beach isn’t going to be everyone’s cup of tea. During my visit on a recent Saturday afternoon Gillette Soccer Saturday was airing on a projector screen to the left of the bar where a dartboard and pool table are also found. A second pool table and a plasma screen are in the right-hand side of this thin pub. The bar is stocked with a limited keg range and the food stretches to sandwiches and baguettes. The major draw are the many picnic tables out front that were popular due to bright sunshine.
I’m not sure that anyone in their right mind would venture into Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach just to use this pub. However, it was nice to sit down for a few minutes with a pint whilst the kids went charging around the rides.
