A long cafe/bar/lounge shop conversion in the middle of the pedestrianised High Street. At first glance, it could be mistaken for an interior furnishings shop - I have never seen so many 'industrial' light fittings in one place, nor quite as many mirrors and pictures hung round all the walls. Furnishing is mainly artily painted kitchen tables, with a few sofas and a couple of longer tables with stools. The overall effect is not unpleasant however and it is not a bad place to relax in. Unfortunately there is no real ale, but the keg fonts include Bath Ales Dark Side and some Goose Island craft alongside the usual lagers. Oh and Stowford Press cider. The food menu seemed quite extensive and the place was clearly popular with mothers and children, but is large enough not to annoy others.
