The Fareham Inn is a very small single room pub with a small bar counter on the rear wall with ten keg fonts for standard and premium keg. The floor is tiled and there is U-shaped banquette seating around the front of the pub under the windows. Despite the small size they’ve managed to shoehorn in a dartboard and there’s a television for airing Sky Sports, although this was muted whilst some background music played. Being on the coast, there are a few wooden model ships dotted around the pub. The service was exceptionally friendly, but this pub is very basic with a lack of beer choice so not sure I’ll be rushing back.

A rather scruffy back street pub with a single square bar. No real ale, though they did have Doombar and a couple of other bottled beers. The landlady was very friendly, and it is convenient for QAB marina, but the lack of ale and food means I probably shan’t be back.
